That's a scissor!
I bought Jo a kid's scissor (Only RMB2) yesterday when we're having our lunch. He was so exciting when i passed him the scissor. Look at the picture below, then you will know.
He took out my double tape and had treated the tape like his toy, he cut out the tapes and stick on the card, not only the card, he had sticked the tapes on sofa, wall and his pants. Scissor simply sounds a fun toy for him. Oh, ya, he almost cut my scrapbooking's notes too..luckily i managed to see it and stopped him!

Why ah? KW also like to play with scissor, take out a piece of paper, cut and cut!
Wah, careful with scissors hoh, better not let him play with it when you're not around to guide him, or else everything kena cut up, if kena little fingers worse :P

hmm... wah... yah agree with sue, have to be careful with scissors especially u are not ard.
i used to give erika a pair of scissor and loads of paper...to get her off me for a while....the "mess" i ask the maid to clear later lor...hahaha
