Fluorescent Lights

My boy will start to write number "6" this week, i hope he can grasp the pencil well and write well. I just feel very irritating from receiving the complains from his class teacher. I have been called my landlord to mount more fluorescent lights in the living room, so that my boy doesn't need to practice his writing under the dimmed yellow light. However, until today my landlord still doesn't come and install.
