The houses in VIP lot that nearby my house are opened for sales now, i had taken a look there and had a brief introduction from the sales girl. Actually, i like the houses there very much, their designs are superb and some more the area is quite tranquil as compare with other housing area.
All the while i love to choose house in more quiet place since i hate noisy. The built up is quite spacious, and the houses are fully furniture, and they have fabulous giveaway now. For the early birds who sign up the S&P, then they will get the teak garden furniture for their spacious garden. The furniture is sturdy and the teak wood is termite resistant.
I was quite delighted about their idea with teak benches giveaway, since i knew that this sort of furnitures are not cheap at all, what a good ideal for giving this furniture to home buyers, at least teak benches are much more useful than those 42 inches telly giveaway, right?
If nothing intervened, i think we would buy the house in VIP lot. Just can't wait to move it to this splendid house.
