I couldn't sleep well last night, due to the phlegm and blocking nose, i don't have runny nose but don't know why i couldn't breathe. Maybe the aircond that i turned on at noon, but i just turned on the living room one and let the cool wind blown into my bedroom. Then don't know how i just suffering the blocked nose after woke up from my afternoon nap. Jo also sneezing non-stop there, is it because the aircond is full of dust mite that spreading out the allergy germs? OMG....i heard my mother said currently KK is very hot, then how we going to survive under a hot sun but just can't turn on the aircond? Especially Jo, doctor already warned me don't let him have the aircond blast too often as it only aggravates his sensitive nose...oh dear, what should i do? I trembling once i start thinking this issue..You know, i have to take ice-cream everyday, somemore craving for cola too..this mommy so bad la, always forgotten the baby inside..no choice, i just feel very very hot! Sometimes i do feel guilty..

Blocking nose

well i sleep with aircon + humidifier + air purifier...coz i got a family of super sensitive nose!
don't switch on the air-con, can turn on the fan instead?
Me and my kids can't sleep in air-con either. So we are a FAN family...heehee
I dun 'pantang' my food when I was pregnant, but dun over take I think is ok gua..
Maybe the room got dust kuah. I cannot sleep without air-cond but I can leave w/o ice-cream when I am pregnant.

Like Jan, we are a FAN family too. Qianyi would catch a cold if the air-con is on. The weather has been very hot in Singapore too..but we can survive without turning on the air-con. :p
anyone tried the rainbow machine? i saw my fren using it, incredible, and i am bugging my hubby for it now coz it cost 7k. my gal got bad sinus. anyone can afford, by all means, get it !
Blocked nose can be very irritating, yeah? Do you have a cold? Try cold reliever solution. (I'm not sure what they sell over there) But it might help for nasal decongestant too.

we are an air-cond family...we cannot survive without air-cond..probably can get someone to service the air-cond?
Maybe ur KK air-cond will not be that dirty? somehow weather in M'sia and china also different..so this problem may not occur in malaysia.
Don't worry so much...tackle it only when it comes....

my elder son has very bad sinus too. he was taking medicine ( i think it's anti-histamine) recommended by doc for 2 mths without any improvement.
i decided to take things into my own hand, i covered our sleeping mattress with anti dustmites+ anti-bacteria+anti-fungal cover, changed every pillows and blankets to the 3 anti as mentioned. I also bought a humidifier+air purifier.
for the past week, my son no longer breath thru' his mouth while sleeping and his running nose totally gone. altho i spent RM600++.... definitely worth it.
you are not alone. I started to "eat ice cube" during pregnancy until now. Die!
I definitely need my aircon in Malaysia!! If not, sure koyak! Well, maybe can still survive by fan, but not for too long. I hope you can sleep better soon.
I also cant sleep without air cond.
Emm..maybe you can switch to cool fruit juice, that will be good too, and remember dont take too sweety thingy, not good for preggy women know.
