I'm not a choosy people especially comes to food, i can eat whatever food as long as it's edible to eat. But, of course, i do have my own favourite food though i ain't choosy.
In China, i always have chance to try the delicious duck and goose meat which their tastes are totally different with the one i tried in Sabah. Especially the "pin pei ngak" (the crispy duck skin), this is actually a roast duck, after the duck being roasted, the chef would "pare" the crispy duck skin and arrange them in the plate. About the meat, well, i don't know where is the meat gone. The crispy duck skin served with a thin layer of rice made "popiah" skin, just put the duck skin, some veges slice and sauce inside the popiah and roll it then eat. The taste is heavenly..
Crispy duck skin.
The rice made "popiah" skin.
The price of this food at my place is around RMB46 to RMB75, depends the size of the duck. I think this food is most famous in Beijing, so if you have chance to visit to Beijing, don't forget to try this out.
