Was tagged by Jesslyn, Chooi Peng and ShoppingMum about the meaning of my kid's name.Joshua - This name is from bible, and it seems so famous for people to have this English name, especially in my church, that year we have 3 JOSHUAs in my church. The name is origin from Hebrew, means "Jehovah is salvation".
Lai - Surname, can't choose.
Come to name, we wanted our son be happy and always free from unhappiness happens, so we searched through the Chinese dictionary and finally came out,
Jing(靖) - The middle word, means peaceful and safety. (Mandarin "Ping An", 平安)
Kai(恺) - The last word, means happy. (Mandarin "Kuai Re", 快乐)
So, now is time to pass on the tag, (the first from HK, the rest are all Singaporean)

i wanted to use 靖 becoz of the meaning! LAter, hubby suggest to use 婧, which "look" to be more feminine.
