I was contemplating whether i should buy the Cod Liver Oil from garden of life for Jo since i have another 2 brands in the kitchen cabinet. I was told by the pharmacist the Cod Liver Oil from Garden of Life is the best amongst other brands, as it is not packed with synthetic ingredients hence it is highly used to promote health for kids. I think i better go back to that shop and pay for this organic product.
