My boss’s brother was a drugger, he is always going in and out from the drug treatment center yet still addicted to drug like before. He always hiding himself in the toilet for hours, so we know he is doing his business again secretly! I was wondering, is our local drug treatment program problem or his own problem of unable getting rid of drug even after the drug treatment?
